Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in any Skyy Skill Academy (“SSA”) self‑paced course (“Course”), you (“Learner”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, the SSA Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines posted within the platform. If you do not accept these terms, do not access or use the Course materials.

2. Course Access
2.1 License. SSA grants Learner a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, limited‑term license to access the Course content solely for personal, non‑commercial educational purposes.
2.2 Duration. Unless otherwise stated, Course access is available for 12 months from the date of purchase.

3. Learning Materials
3.1 Recorded Sessions & Downloads. Video lectures, slide decks, code samples, and other resources are provided “as is.” Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale is strictly prohibited.
3.2 Updates. SSA may update materials to reflect industry changes. Learner will receive access to updated content within the access period at no additional cost.

4. Progress & Certification
4.1 Watch‑Time Requirement. To be eligible for a Certificate of Completion, Learner must view at least 80 % of the total video duration for the Course. Progress is tracked automatically by the learning platform.
4.2 Assessments. Some Courses may require quizzes, projects, or exams in addition to the watch‑time requirement. Specific grading rubrics and passing thresholds will be provided within the Course.
4.3 Certificate Issuance. Certificates are issued digitally within 7 business days after verifying that all requirements are met. Certificates are personal and may not be transferred or shared.

5. Payments & Refunds
5.1 Pricing. All prices are listed in the local currency (inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated). SSA reserves the right to change pricing at any time; however, price changes do not affect already‑purchased Courses.

6. Intellectual Property
All Course materials are the exclusive property of SSA or its content partners and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

7. Learner Conduct
Learner agrees not to:

• Share platform logins or download links;

• Engage in plagiarism, cheating, or any form of academic dishonesty;

• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code;

• Harass instructors or other learners. Violation may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.
   

8. Limitation of Liability
SSA’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a Course is limited to the amount paid by Learner for that Course. SSA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Modifications to Terms
SSA may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Course after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the [Arbitration Association], and judgment upon the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
